Conclusion

Intel ARC 140V loses to 780M due to lower TDP disadvantage plus the iGPU used in Core Ultra 7 258V has lower clocks.

The result would have been different if Core Ultra 9 288V or Core Ultra 7 268V CPU had been used as their iGPU has higher clock speed and Radeon 780M TDP should have been limited to 30W.

The Radeon 780M despite having lower shaders and slower RAM takes ahead because of higher TDP and clock speed.

FAQs

Is the Intel ARC 140V and 780M good for gaming?

ARC 140V and Radeon 780M both are good integrated graphics easily able to run games at 1080p med settings in old AAA titles.

In modern AAA titles also they are pretty much capable of running games at 1080p med/low settings and some games ran at high settings. The use of FSR and XESS can boost the framerates to 60FPS.

Which is better Radeon 780M or Intel ARC 140V?

In this test, Intel ARC 140V was crushed by Radeon 780M due to variation in clocks and TDP, though the difference was not too much.
