In 1080p gaming, RTX 3060 and Arc B580 were performing well but on some games, the graphical setting needs to either be turned down or an upscaling method can be used for games.

I would say at 1080p, ARC B580 performed better than RTX 3060 in 7 out of 12 games, on 2 they performed similarly, and other 3 games, B580 lost to RTX 3060. Overall, ARC B580 performed well at 1080p but not by much.

Overall, both Arc B580 and RTX 3060 performed well in 1080p but still, Arc B580 had a small lead against RTX 3060.
