There are many gaming controllers for PS5, some from PlayStation itself and some from third-party brands licensed by Sony.
Gaming controllers that give you a better gaming experience, and comfort, grant you the option for customization, and give you an aesthetic vibe.
Gamepads or gaming controllers have pros and cons, and I will guide you through them.
1. DualSense Edge Wireless Controller
The DualSense Edge Gamepad is one of the best PS5 Controller in the market as it is specially made by Sony PlayStation with a lot of features.
Design-wise it houses the same theme as other PS5 accessories. It is black and white, the buttons are black with a white controller and black in the middle area of the front and the back. The back side has a rubbery touch for better gripping while gaming.
Some features of the PS5 Edge controller are motion control, replaceable stick modules, two remappable buttons on the rear, Changeable stick caps, adaptive triggers with adjustable trigger length control, and lockable cable housing for USB-C cable.
There are two FN buttons at the bottom to control the profile, volume, and chat balance. It is very comfortable but a bit heavy and the battery lasts 8-10 hours.

It looks like an Xbox Elite series 2 controller with the black color theme all over with a purple hint which seems quite amazing. It doesn’t have a premium vibe as it is lightweight and made of thermoplastic polymer.
It has 4 remappable buttons on the rear which are permanent, has swappable D-pads and thumbstick caps with adaptive triggers which are adjustable, and has 3 built-in profiles and changeable control modules.

It supports Razer Chroma for RGB lighting. You can connect smartphones via the Razer Controller App and change the controls as well. The battery life is great without chroma RGB.
