During gaming time, the Radeon 890m and the CPU combined total power usage was just under 33W though AMD designed the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 to go up to 60W; Asus has limited the TDP for a quiet experience.

During gaming, the Radeon 890m easily uses 50 – 64W power while the RTX 3050 uses up to 40W.
Conclusion
I have added two gaming tests, one with 30W Radeon 890M (Ryzen AI 9 HX 370) with RTX 3050 (35W) TDP both GPUs performed similarly.
On the second test, RTX 3050 (35-40W) beats the Radeon 890M (50-60W), which may be due to the Radeon 890m using an old GPU driver and the difference in laptop specs.
For 30W Radeon 890m, It would be a great gaming GPU for Gaming Handheld PCs.
